As a trustee of this institution, I feel proud in proclaiming that we have achieved considerable success in achieving our noble mission of empowering women through education. In our institution, students are encouraged to make use of the infrastructure, learned staff, effective management and the conducive environment for their wholesome growth. We at CJS focus our attention on women empowerment, in order to face the challenges of the globalised world. Women are the greatest wealth of any nation or community and we are greatly concerned about their growth and contribution. We organize industrial visits and guest lectures to give insight to the students of practical knowledge and skills. Extracurricular and co-curricular activities strengthen the process of learning of students by imparting the value of hard work, discipline and importance of team work. Cultural and sports events are organized by college to develop lateral skills of students. By putting together best practices of the higher education, we aim to do our best and require your cooperation to make this educational organization reach its targeted mission.

I feel highly privileged, to be a part of the management of Cummoo Jaffer Suleman College of Arts & Commerce for Women. We are thankful to our forefathers who came up with this concept of starting this Institution for the development of the women of our community. We are extremely grateful to them, because it’s through them that we got this opportunity of contributing towards the upliftment of our community. “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”- Nelson Mandela. Good education is constructive in nature which constructs our future forever. I believe that Education is also an investment in the field of human resource development to build a nation, which accelerates economic growth of the country. Our institution has always imparted quality education for overall development of the students. For holistic development, we focus not only on academic excellence but also on co-curricular and extra-curricular activities as well.
